A good friend posted this on one of my Yahoo groups. It touched me and decided to share it with you. It is attributed to Mother Theresa.
“People are often unreasonable, illogical, and self-centered;
Forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives;
Be kind anyway.
If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies;
Succeed anyway.
If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you;

What a touching and poignant saying. Well, maybe I should say “inspirational” more than “poignant” but you get the point. Hoping the best for you this new year.
